Hello Mr Paul, I'm evelyn, a student in University Malaya. I'm currently working in the Zoology Museum of University Malaya and was wondering whether we can use your pictures for our birds section. Hope to get your reply soon. Thank you.

Hello uncle Paul, i must admit that i'm not much of a nature guy. but, every once in a while i'd drop by your site to check out all these amazing photos u take of various places and nature... and it makes me appreciate the beauty of this world that i'm lacking of. i hope i'd one day be able to take time off my hectic and routine life to explore the wonders of nature. keep up your good work and passion. godwin.

What an excellent collection of photos! My wife and I often visit Singapore (I was here in my youth and it holds a special place for me) and we are casual birdwatchers. We visit Sungai Buloh every time we come here and are always in the Botanic Gardens. The two birds we were looking for on your site was 1. a bird with a kingfisher-type beak, white breast and rather dull back, about the size of a pigeon - 2. a black and white bird with a blue flash on the back of its rear end, also about the size of a pigeon (always difficult to tell the size). Anyway, thank you for a great gallery.

Hi Paul, Your Kinabalu gallery is quite complete. I am impressed how you managed to carry that heavy equipment around for the smaller passerines inside the trails. Love that Eye-browed Jungle FC...will have a look at other galleries later,,,the pictures load a bit slow inspite of my having broadband. Yours Peter

Hi Paul, great photos in your gallery. Some of the birds photos you snapped were pretty difficult to be sighted in the forest, left alone photograph. See you around in our Nature Reserves.
